Renewal Lab is a wellness coaching company in Charlotte, NC that helps people with autoimmune conditions and chronic health challenges rebuild physical strength. Founded by Martin Michaelson, the business bridges a real gap — traditional gyms ignore these conditions, and clinical rehab doesn't build lasting fitness.
